Kiev: Stop the Usage of Illegal White Phosphor!

Response to Extension of War Theater in Ukraine: Recourse to Lawful Procedures!

The aggressor must be denounced and held responsible in terms of criminal law.

The way out of  barbarism and war-extenision in Eastern Ukrainian must be  forwarding charges against those responsible for the atrocities! The usage of banned munition has to stop. Military action against civilian populations has to cease. A  call for legal procedures according to international law must be launched! We must take sides and stand fast with the citizen's resistance in the Ukraine.   We must never accuse  aggressor and defender of citizen's rights  alike. We also have to point out where the reasonable and potentially  healing forces come from. We have to recognize the search for peace grounded on legal procedures as expressed in the UN charter and in the  policies of Russia  today. There is a strong need to denounce the aggressor and those who back the policy of aggression. The aggressor clearly is NATO and those who support its policies. The interests driving it and have always propelled the recourse to militarism, repression and  war must be named:  capitalist greed, imperialism, the want of a profit driven society to conquer and submit the rest of the world. A wise reaction to terror always demands a long term vision. The sources of terror, those financing and supporting must be named and shamed. We must meanwhile  not despair, but work for an alternative. Such an alternative is  possible based on historical knowledge. It is such knowledge that  gives us confidence. Fascism and barbarism are no viable solution for humanity. Barbaric procedures  will only destroy what they claim to defend. They even destroy the executor in the end.

Let us keep running. They who want to govern the world  act in despair because their cause is lost. They want us to despair, too. They want to destroy our well founded hope in an alternative way to organize our  societies. Knowledge about the feasibility of  this most wanted restructuring process is the motive  that propels action towards such positive change now.  Let us therefore encourage each other and  defend citizen's and human rights everywhere. Let us remember the struggle in which our  ancestors lost their lives for. Let us continue to demand:

A more  humane order of our  societies and an end to war in the first place!

There is no need to panic now or to despair. We will succeed with patience, good will and historical knowledge.

Let us therefore demand from our elected and responsible  politicians:

• Stop the usage of illegal white phosphor!
• Stop supporting  EU/US/NATO war policies!
• Use your influence on Ukrainian politicians in Kiev to stop bombing cities and innocent citizens!
•  Self defense is  a human right! 
• Spend money on human needs!
• Feed the cities and  don't starve or  bomb them for demanding justice!
