Truth and Justice - Key to Improve Security and to Saveguard World Peace

One day this unjust world will have to change and then we will live together in peace. Ecuadroian President Correa offered this theme in an interview  he gave RT this morning.

"They are strong, that’s why they will continue lying, violating other states’ sovereignty, and breaching international law. But one day this unjust world will have to change,” Ecuadorian President Correa said with reference to the USA.

While it  is hard to accept that  over 2000 years after Jesus "Sermon on the Mountain" this quest for Justice is not yet put into practice on a global scale, we must also understand that there are  still the millions who  do "hunger and thirst after righteousness" and those who try to be  "merciful  and who want to  refrain from violence".

There are for example the Russians who have sacrificed more people to end the World War II than any other nation on earth. They do  strive for peace as a nation and they dispose of intelligent leadership personnel who practice successfully diplomacy on a global  scale. This can help to achieve a more cooperative approach in world affairs. We have seen more than a beginning  of it recently, when this kind of diplomacy has helped to stop the bombing of Syria and possibly the beginning World War III.

Russia's foreign minister Lavrov said this morning:

"Russia had been paying much attention to the growing role in the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation, of BRICS, ASEAN regional forum on security, the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA), Dialogue on cooperation in Asia, the three “Russia-India-China,” the East-Asian summit, the Asia-Europe dialogue forum.”
“Establishment of productive relations between those structures cannot be separated from the settlement of a long-term task for form a firm extensive system of regional and international cooperation.” Itar-Tass

Tectonic movements are under way and we must become aware of the chances the global changes offer for peace and social justice movements at home.
