The news coming out of Europe lately is becoming increasingly reminiscent of reports from the front line. In Austria, Germany, Hungary, Macedonia and Serbia, police are clashing with illegal immigrants, hundreds of thousands of whom have made a beeline for Europe. A number of governments are considering using their armies and even NATO Response Forces to protect their borders, but this, together with the possible collapse of Schengen and the construction of walls along the borders of national states, will not save Europe.
Scenes from the film World War Z provide an outline for how events will develop: there are no walls that can protect against huge influxes of people who have nothing to lose and who have no future in their own countries engulfed in permanent wars at the evil will of the ‘game masters’. The roots of the problem stem from the nature of global capitalism as a world of pillaging and profiteering that has instigated a new great migration of peoples in the second decade of the 21st century.
Armed conflicts and wars, which, in some way or other, the US and its allies have had a hand in unleashing, are the main reason for the migration crisis currently engulfing Europe. The influx of refugees to Europe is a result of the purposeful effort to destabilise large geopolitical areas. This influx will not stop until somebody puts an end to this destabilization. The onset of the incalculable migration pressure on the Old World could easily have been predicted and calculated, meaning that the actions that led to the creation of the force upending Europe before our very eyes had a direct benefit for those who took them.

The main beneficiaries of an organised mass exodus of people from the Third World to Europe are multinational companies. The future being prepared for Europe, which is being turned into a new melting pot, was clearly hinted at by US President Barack Obama when in May 2011 (the bloody feud in Syria had only just begun), while speaking in London, he let slip a meaningful phrase: «This century will be the century for the birth of new nations.» There is no better place in the world for the development of new nations than Europe. I think, however, that the cruel experiment on Europe is only the beginning, only the first stage of a large global reconfiguration.
Important institutions in the West have been looking at the issues surrounding the displacement of large numbers of people for decades. Also in 2011, the London School of Economics and the Brookings Institute (US) presented the Project on Internal Displacement. The main focus of this curious document was given to the development of mechanisms for the resettling of large numbers of people from different parts of the world. The justification for this interest was the possibility of a global climate catastrophe – «a new Ice Age». Among other things, the project worked out migration routes from the North Atlantic to Northern Eurasia. People only know about the public part of this document, however. I am not ruling out the possibility that some of the project’s recommendations are currently being piloted in Europe. The process seems to be perfectly organised. The refugees are well dressed, have the very latest mobile phones and the money to travel the length of Europe, information about the best routes, etc...
It is worth noting that since 2004, Strobe Talbott, the former US Deputy Secretary of State responsible for relations with Russia in Clinton’s administration, has been the president of the Brookings Institute that worked on the Project on Internal Displacement.
At present, there is an endless stream of refugees stretching to Europe from conflict zones created as a result of the interventionist policy of the US and its allies, but the European Commission is putting all the costs associated with supporting these new migrants on the shoulders of ordinary European taxpayers, mockingly referring to it as «a fair distribution of responsibility for the fate of refugees».
This is only one aspect of the emergency situation created in Europe, however. Elena Guskova, a leading Russian expert on the Balkans, has pointed out another aspect. «While in Belgrade in June (2015 – E.P.),» she wrote, «I noticed that young people who did not speak Serbian and who did not look like refugees began to appear regularly in the city. They usually walked around in threes and tried to blend in, although their athletic builds were striking. These close-knit trios of ‘aliens’ were also seen in other Serbian cities, but information about them in the media was sketchy. The majority of the ‘refugees’ that appeared in Serbia were men no older than 27, 94 per cent of them were Muslim and 56 per cent were without families. They did not like being photographed and were not short of cash...»
Back then, at the start of summer, this observation was wrongly ignored! Why these strong young men are leaving their families at home and travelling to Europe, what they have been trained in and what they are planning to do are all questions that demand an immediate and urgent response.
While studying the experience of the French Revolution, Arnold Toynbee once wrote that the worst time for Europe will come when the internal and external proletarians unite. It seems that this «worst time», the arrival of which was predicted by Arnold Toynbee, MI6’s agent at London’s Royal Institute of International Affairs, is on the way. The radical elements infiltrating the migration flows to Europe will easily find supporters among the extremist youth of France, Spain and Italy. On the other hand, there will be an attempt to extend the tentacles of the Islamic State to Europe.
The migrant avalanche of 2015 is, of course, a delayed reaction to decades of Western policy towards the Third World. But also, it is a controlled process, the «Project on Internal Displacement» in action. As has already happened many times in history, Europe is once again standing at an epoch-making fork in the road.

To be or not to be? It seems that a definitive answer to Hamlet’s question is being demanded from Europe this time. The half measures being resorted to by the European Commission to preserve Europe as a civilisation are failing.
Firstly, increasing the burden on national budgets during an economic crisis will be punishing and, in a number of cases, a backbreaking load for both governments and citizens. Secondly, tightening control and the possible review of or even withdrawal from the Schengen Agreements will seriously exacerbate tensions within the European Union by shifting the burden of supporting the migrant hordes to the weakest. None of this will protect Europe, but will only lead to the creation of barbarian provinces similar to those that formed a ring around and destroyed the Roman Empire in the first centuries AD.
In order to survive and preserve itself as a civilisation, Europe needs to combat the causes rather than the consequences. The migration process will continue for as long as the multinational corporations and supranational power structures continue to destroy and pillage all those around the world unable to fight back.
So what is it to be, Europe? Are you in favour of pillaging or against it?

Perpetrators Behind 9/11: Following Money
| Wayne MADSEN* | 11.09.2015 | 00:00 | |||||
On the fourteenth anniversary of the 9/11 attacks upon the United States, events that forever changed American democracy, there are those within the U.S. government who continue to cover up who and what were actually behind these terrorist attacks.
Both the Obama and Bush administrations have stymied the public release of 28 key pages from the U.S. Congress's «Joint Inquiry Into Intelligence Community Activities Before and After the Terrorist Attacks of September 11, 2001». The report was issued in December 2002. Since that time, the then-Chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, former Democratic Senator Bob Graham of Florida, has been joined by a bi-partisan group of senators and representatives in calling for the release of the 28 pages. When a portion of the report was released in 2003, the Bush administration insisted the 28 pages remain classified.
The issue has arisen as an issue in the 2016 presidential race with Kentucky Republican Senator Rand Paul calling for the 28 pages to be released while Republican Governor Chris Christie of New Jersey, a former federal prosecutor who knows much more about 9/11 than he is willing to admit, has argued for the pages to remain classified. Christie has even called for Paul to be put on trial in a Joe McCarthy-like witch hunt if there is ever another terrorist attack on America. Also arguing against release is Republican Representative Peter King of New York who said he has read the 28 pages and believes they must remain classified. Joining King is Republican South Carolina Senator and 2016 presidential candidate Lindsey Graham who said releasing the pages would harm U.S. relations with its allies in the Middle East. Graham refused to name those so-called «allies».
The FBI knows the identities of those «allies». In addition to Saudi Arabia, they include Kuwait and Qatar. Kuwait became a significant base of operations for Osama bin Laden and his «Al Qaeda» support network. Kuwait was the headquarters for an Islamic «charity» Lajnat al Dawa al Islamiyah, a group designated by the Treasury Department as a «Specially Designated Global Terrorist (SDGT) organization. Lajnat gave financial support to Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the alleged «Al Qaeda's» chief planner of the 911 attacks. Members of the Qatar royal family also harbored top Al Qaeda fugitives, including Osama Bin Laden’s deputy, Ayman al Zawahiri. Kuwait and Qatar also host major U.S, military bases in the Gulf region.
It can be understood why Peter King would take such a position on the 28 pages. King was a longtime supporter of funding terrorist groups in Ireland, including the Provisional Wing of the Irish Republican Army (IRA) and the «Real IRA», an even more violent group that carried out a deadly bombing of civilians in Omagh, Northern Ireland in 1998. King's reticence in releasing the 28 pages is understandable since they explain how the 9/11 terrorists were funded through an interwoven network of Saudi bank accounts and secret Muslim financiers, the same sort of network that King once used to help finance IRA terrorists in Ireland.
As for Lindsey Graham, he is a retired colonel in the Air Force Reserve’s Judge Advocate General Corps and he presumably has had access to information about the total collapse of the Air Force’s defense system on the east coast of the United States on 9/11. The principal job of military lawyers like Graham is to cover up incompetence or other malfeasance at high ranks within their respective services.
A decade ago, a list of organizations that were investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and were on the National Security Agency's watch list for suspicious money transfers and transactions relating to the 9/11 attacks was leaked. The 28-pages in the Congressional report remain classified because the Central Intelligence Agency had assigned case officers and «NOCs» - non-official cover clandestine agents -- to work with officials and employees of many of the organizations on the list. The CIA is among the agencies that is adamantly opposed to releasing the 28-pages and making them public because of its involvement with many of the businesses and groups prior to and after 9/11.
The following banks are on the list:
Al Baraka Investments and Development Corporation
Al Barakaat Exchange LLC
Al Rajhi Banking and Investment
Al Shamal Islamic Bank
Arab Bank
Bank al-Taqwa
Dar al Maal al Islami
Dubai Islamic Bank
Faisal Islamic Bank
National Commerce Bank
Shamil Islamic Bank
Tadamon Islamic Bank
The list also includes the following Islamic charities: Al-Haramain Islamic Foundation, Inc.
Benevolence International Foundation
International Islamic Relief Organization (IIRO)
Muslim World League
Muwafaq Foundation
Rabita Trust for the Rehabilitation of Stranded Pakistanis
SAAR Foundation
Sanabel al Kheer, Inc.
Wafa Humanitarian Organization
World Assembly of Muslim Youth
The following Saudi officials are on the list:
Turki al Faisal al Saud (the former chief of Saudi intelligence and ambassador to the U.S. and U.K.)
Mohammed bin Faisal al Saud (chairman of the board of the King Faisal Foundation)
Sultan bin Abdul Aziz al Saud (late Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia).
Bandar bin Sultan bon Abdulaziz al Saud (the Saudi ambassador in Washington on 9/11)
Release of the 28 pages has also been stymied by certain proactive congressional members of the Israel Lobby. The reason for that can be explained by the presence on the list of suspicious elements that were involved in supplying airport concessions on 9/11. Many of the supplied concessions are located within the secure parts of airports, including Newark and Dulles International Airports, where two of the four hijacked planes had originated on 9/11. The security applied to airport concessionaires was managed by aviation security companies with links to Israel. As one official who read the 28 pages confided on deep background, the embarrassing links to Israel are found in the footnotes found within the 28 pages.
The American public has been conditioned to accept the findings of the 9/11 Commission at face value even though the two commission chairmen, former Republican Governor Thomas Kean of New Jersey and former House of Representatives Democratic chairman of the House Intelligence Committee Lee Hamilton have publicly complained that important information was withheld by the Bush administration and that the commission was lied to by government officials about what transpired on 9/11. They have, along with Commission member Max Cleland, the former Democratic senator from Georgia, for a new 9/11 Commission, one that will not be interfered with by government pressure and non-cooperation.
The Pentagon has even pressured Hollywood against producing any truthful films about 9/11.
The Pentagon censors clearly do not care for any film or documentary that questions the official story of the 9/11 attack. They quickly turned down a request by National Geographic for military footage on a documentary on Ali Muhammad, the American Central Intelligence Agency operative and U.S. Special Forces drill sergeant who also worked for Osama bin Laden in Afghanistan.
In 2005, a National Geographic special on Al Qaeda, a prequel to a program called «Inside 9/11,» received no support to film the U.S. Army Land Information Warfare Agency (LIWA) in Fort Belvoir, Virginia and a recruiting station because LIWA no longer existed. LIWA was the home of the controversial Able Danger operation, which reportedly was keeping track of many of the 9/11 hijackers and their money movements and communications prior to the September 11, 2001 attack.
And, if the Pentagon's presence in Hollywood is not overbearing enough, consider that the CIA also maintains an «Entertainment Industry Liaison» in Tinseltown. Its mission statement is to «give greater authenticity to scripts, stories, and other products in development. That can mean answering questions, debunking myths, or arranging visits to the CIA to meet the people who know intelligence — its past, present, and future». It does not mean assisting movie production companies in portraying what actually occurred before, during, and after 9/11. That is because the official story is that 19 Arab hijackers armed only with box cutters managed to, in a few hours, defeat a command, control, communications, and intelligence system that cost the United States trillions of dollars to build. That is worthy fodder for any Hollywood fantasy movie. Unfortunately, the U.S. government continues to insist that the American people buy this «Alice in Wonderland» nonsensical story.

More European Leaders Want Russia, Assad to Help Solve Syrian Crisis
| News | 10.09.2015 | 12:40 |
Sputnik - Following an unprecedented influx of refugees, European states increasingly understand that finding a solution to the devastating civil war in Syria and tackling the Islamic State is impossible without the assistance of Syrian president Bashar al-Assad and Russia.
This is a U-turn on the US approach to the issue. Washington conditioned peace in the war-torn country on Assad's resignation and its European allies supported the stance for some time. Now, as Europe is awash with refugees, they appear to be realizing that this strategy has failed to bring a positive change to the region and is unlikely to work in the future.
Now Austria and Spain want Assad and Russia to take part in finding ways to put an end to the war.
While on a visit to Tehran, Austrian Foreign Minister Sebastian Kurz called for a joint approach which will work only if countries like Iran and Russia are involved. "We have to show pragmatic solidarity and involve Assad in the fight against the Islamic State," the diplomat added.
Kurz echoed the sentiment expressed earlier this week by Spanish Foreign Minister Jose Manuel Garcia Margallo. "The time has come to start negotiations with the Assad regime if we do not want this war, which has already killed 250,000 people, to keep causing human tragedies," Spain's top diplomat observed.
The exodus of refugees from the Middle East and the expansion of the Islamic State show that Russia has to be an intrinsic part of any equation meant to end the Syrian war, asserted Irish journalist Patrick Cockburn, who specializes on the Middle East.
"In handling the Syrian crisis, Russia is bound to be a leading player in stopping Isis because it supplies the weapons to do so and, similarly, in negotiating a peace because Assad must keep in step with Russia if he is to survive," he noted in an opinion piece titled "Only a US-Russian agreement can spur a settlement in Syria."

Ron Paul: Blame the Federal Reserve, Not China, for Stock Market Crash
Following Monday’s historic stock market downturn, many politicians and so-called economic experts rushed to the microphones to explain why the market crashed and to propose "solutions” to our economic woes. Not surprisingly, most of those commenting not only failed to give the right answers, they failed to ask the right questions.
Many blamed the crash on China’s recent currency devaluation. It is true that the crash was caused by a flawed monetary policy. However, the fault lies not with China’s central bank but with the US Federal Reserve. The Federal Reserve’s inflationary policies distort the economy, creating bubbles, which in turn create a booming stock market and the illusion of widespread prosperity. Inevitably, the bubble bursts, the market crashes, and the economy sinks into a recession. An increasing number of politicians have acknowledged the flaws in our monetary system. Unfortunately, some members of Congress think the solution is to force the Fed to follow a “rules-based” monetary policy. Forcing the Fed to “follow a rule” does not change the fact that giving a secretive central bank the power to set interest rates is a recipe for economic chaos. Interest rates are the price of money, and, like all prices, they should be set by the market, not by a central bank and certainly not by Congress. Instead of trying to “fix” the Federal Reserve, Congress should start restoring a free-market monetary system. The first step is to pass the Audit the Fed legislation so the people can finally learn the full truth about the Fed. Congress should also pass legislation ensuring individuals can use alternative currencies free of government harassment. When bubbles burst and recessions hit, Congress and the Federal Reserve should refrain from trying to “stimulate” the economy via increased spending, corporate bailouts, and inflation. The only way the economy will ever fully recover is if Congress and the Fed allow the recession to run its course. Of course, Congress and the Fed are unlikely to “just stand there” if the economy further deteriorates. There have already been reports that the Fed will use last week’s crash as an excuse to once again delay raising interest rates. Increased spending and money creation may temporally boost the economy, but eventually they will lead to a collapse in the dollar’s value and an economic crisis more severe than the Great Depression. Ironically, considering how popular China-bashing has become, China’s large purchase of US Treasury notes has helped the US postpone the day of reckoning. The main reason countries like China are eager to help finance our debt is the dollar’s world reserve currency status. However, there are signs that concerns over the US government’s fiscal irresponsibility and resentment of our foreign policy will cause another currency (or currencies) to replace the dollar as the world reserve currency. If this occurs, the US will face a major dollar crisis. Congress will not adopt sensible economic policies until the people demand it. Unfortunately, while an ever-increasing number of Americans are embracing Austrian economics, too many Americans still believe they must sacrifice their liberties in order to obtain economic and personal security. This is why many are embracing a charismatic crony capitalist who is peddling a snake oil composed of protectionism, nationalism, and authoritarianism. Eventually the United States will have to abandon the warfare state, the welfare state, and the fiat money system that fuels leviathan’s growth. Hopefully the change will happen because the ideas of liberty have triumphed, not because a major economic crisis leaves the government with no other choice.

Wikipedia: Paul Craig Roberts (* 3. The Failure of Laissez-Faire Capitalism and the Economic Erosion of the West (2012) dar.
