Migrant Invasion of Europe from Same U.S. Policy Cauldron as «Color Revolutions»

Wayne MADSEN *| 06.11.2015 | 00:00

The same U.S. policy cauldron, centered in the academia centers of the Boston region and which provided the template for «color revolutions» in eastern Europe and the Middle East, is also responsible for the current «weapon of mass migration» chaos sweeping throughout Europe.
Although sometimes it appears to many observers around the world that U.S. foreign policy is being picked out of a hat by a circus magician, in fact, many seemingly senseless U.S. policies are deeply-rooted in government-sponsored policy documents, white papers, and books.
Although German Chancellor Angela Merkel is rightly receiving the major blame for opening the borders of Europe to a potential influx of well over 1.5 million mainly Muslim migrants from Asia and Africa, the actual policy of using refugees as a «weapon of mass migration» originates with an adviser to the U.S. Defense Department, Ford Foundation, and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).
A book written in 2010 by Tufts University professor Kelly Greenhill not only gained the attention of Pentagon war and civil strife planners but also Merkel and German business tycoons intent on replenishing Germany’s aging population of laborers with new blood. The book, «Weapons of Mass Migration: «Forced Displacement, Coercion, and Foreign Policy,» became an overnight hit for Pentagon and U.S. Central Intelligence Agency planners always looking for new and innovative ways to bring about chaos for maximum profit and extension of the U.S. sphere of influence. Greenhill is connected to the highest echelons of the U.S. military-intelligence complex as chair of the Conflict, Security and Public Policy Working Group at Harvard Kennedy School of Government's Belfer Center; former Senate aide to John Kerry; and past adviser to the Pentagon.
Greenhill's book has become as much a template for creating social disorder through forced mass migration as retired University of Massachusetts professor Gene Sharp's «non-violent action» guidebooks on "themed revolutions" have become road maps for causing government coups through the use of social media and street action.
Unlike Sharp's methodology of relying on synthetic social and political movements created from outside a targeted country, which can have mixed results as seen in Egypt, Greenhill sees weapons of mass migration as the most effective method to achieve sure results. Greenhill’s research into coerced and forced migration as a «soft power» weapon on today’s complex battlefields dovetailed with similar interest expressed by the U.S. Director of National Intelligence James Clapper and the U.S. National Intelligence Council (NIC). The NIC helps formulate U.S. intelligence and national security policy. Decade-old proposals within the U.S. intelligence and military communities to use refugees as a soft power weapon soon caught the attention of Merkel and her closest supporters, including present German Defense Minister Ursula van der Leyen.
In a 2000 paper titled, «Growing Global Migration and its Implications for the US, the NIC foresaw the following demographic situation for Europe: «With low projected economic growth, Western Europe [will] have many challenges with current levels of immigrant flows and immigrant residents.  Assuming that Western European fertility remains at sub-replacement levels, countries can expect to experience a rapid shift in ethnic composition, particularly around urban areas».
The NIC’s solution? «It may be that Western European governments, and political systems, could meet with limited success in managing integration of resident Muslims». And in addition to integrating into European society Muslim workers with existing residency permits, the U.S. intelligence community’s future planners concluded that additional laborers would be required from Europe’s periphery, that is, the Middle East and North Africa: «Efforts to introduce gradations in immigrant citizenship status (as in Roman imperial efforts to give legal status to peoples from the periphery)».
And the NIC predicted how these new laborers would be compelled to leave their home countries for Europe: «Migrants will continue to be pushed from their origin countries by environmental stress, including climate change, by war, civil conflict and crime, and by ethnic rivalries and discrimination.  Survival will motivate many to move, despite marginalization of refugees in destination countries». The NIC realized that civil conflict and ethnic rivalries could only come about in the targeted nations by implementing Sharp’s «non-violent» street action and «themed revolutions». Hence, the «Arab Spring» concocted revolutions against the leaders of Libya, Egypt, Tunisia, Yemen, and Syria resulted in the biggest refugee problem to hit Europe since the end of World War II.
And who is actually financing the mass migrations to Europe from countries like Turkey, Syria, Iraq, and Libya?» There are a number of press reports in Europe that the stampede by mainly young Muslim male refugees armed with new smart phones is being coordinated by NGOs financed by global hedge fund tycoon George Soros.
The population transferal conspiracy by the Western elites has turned out to be a disaster for the migrant receiving countries of Europe as well as for legitimate refugees who have died in unseaworthy boats trying to reach Europe.
At a camp in Leipzig, a group of radical Afghans attacked another group of secular Syrians, resulting in a number of injuries. Rapes of migrant women in the camps and Germans in nearby neighborhoods outside the migrant camps have skyrocketed. Many German women are now avoiding leaving their homes and walking alone out of fear of rape from their new foreign "neighbors."
There is also evidence that the massive flow of Muslim refugees from Syria, Iraq, and Afghanistan into countries like Slovenia, Croatia, Austria, Hungary, and Serbia is being joined by Muslim citizens of Bosnia-Herzegovina, Kosovo, and Albania. The breakdown of European Union internal borders has resulted in anyone hoping to land on the social welfare rolls of Germany and Austria deciding to join the parade of migrants out of the Balkans.
In terms of public health, the arriving migrants have created a nightmare situation. There are reports of migrants defecating in German and Austrian parks and urinating on streets creating a health crisis and horrible stench in some neighborhoods. Miran Vuk, the mayor of Zavrc in Slovenia, complained that migrants temporarily housed in his city's newly-renovated sports stadium, conducted a mass defecation on the field, forcing its closure.
German hospitals have also been swamped with migrant poisoning cases. Some Syrian migrants mistook local German poisonous «death cap» mushroom for an edible variety, called the bearded Amanita, found in their native Syria. German medical authorities even contemplated advancing to the top of a liver donor list a 16-year old Syrian boy who required a liver transplant from eating the poisonous mushrooms. Although the Syrian teen died, another Syrian who ate death cap mushrooms was placed at the top of the liver donor list, thus denying a German citizen a needed liver transplant.
The "phony" left in Germany has been at the forefront of private property confiscation in order to accommodate homeless migrants from the Middle East. The Hamburg Social Democrats (CDU), Greens, and Left Party have joined Merkel supporters in passing a bill in the Hamburg legislature that would legalize the confiscation of vacant businesses in Hamburg for the purpose of housing migrants. Only anti-Merkel Christian Democrats, Free Democrats (FDP), and the Alternative for Germany (AfD) blocked a second reading of the property confiscation measure in Hamburg. The faux left in Germany, which takes its orders from the likes of Soros and NATO-financed political provocateurs in the NGO community, supports Merkel's weapon of mass migration policy while her Bavarian sister party, the Christian Social Union, has joined Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban and the increasingly popular Austrian Freedom Party leader Heinz-Christian Strache in calling for the migrant invasion of Europe to be stopped immediately.
Germans and Austrians who voice opposition to Merkel’s open-door migrant policy face criminal charges of advancing «neo-Nazi» ideology. However, Germans and Austrians would rather face prison time and steep fines rather than see their villages, towns, and cities being turned into future killing and decapitation centers for the «Islamic Caliphate’s western provinces».

There was possibly bomb on crashed Russian plane: Obama

News | 06.11.2015 | 09:03

PressTV - US President Barack Obama says that the Russian plane that crashed last weekend in Egypt's Sinai Peninsula was possibly brought down by a bomb.
Obama made the stunning remarks in an interview with Seattle radio station KIRO on Thursday night, a day after CNN reported that the Daesh (ISIL) terrorist group or its affiliates planted a bomb on the Airbus A321-200 that broke up in midair and crashed on Saturday, killing all 224 people on board.
US intelligence analysis suggests that the crash was almost certainly caused by a bomb planted on the aircraft by terrorists, several US officials told CNN on Wednesday.
“Whenever you’ve got a plane crash, first of all you’ve got the tragedy, you’ve got making sure there’s an investigation on site. I think there is a possibility that there was a bomb on board. And we are taking that very seriously,”  Obama said.
But the US president said that Washington has not officially determined the cause of the crash yet.
“We are going to spend a lot of time making sure our own investigators and our own intelligence community figures out exactly what’s going on before we make any definitive pronouncements,” Obama said. “But it is certainly possible that there was a bomb on board.”
An investigation is underway to find out how the disaster happened; however, the airline has said that technical faults or human errors could not have caused the tragic incident.
An Egyptian militant group affiliated with Daesh terrorists said on Saturday it brought down the plane "in response to Russian airstrikes” in Syria. But Russian officials say it's too early to tell what caused the crash.
On September 30, Russia began its military campaign against militants in Syria. Moscow has carried out scores of airstrikes, killing hundreds of terrorists.
Unnamed US officials have told The Associated Press that Russia has directed parts of its military campaign against US-backed militants and other extremist groups in an effort to weaken them.
They say the CIA-trained militants are under Russian strikes with little prospect of rescue by their American supporters.
“If ISIS [ISIL] was responsible, it may very well tie back to the attack on the CIA compound in Benghazi, which some sources have explained was about the transfer of anti-aircraft missiles” to militants fighting against the Syrian government, said James Henry Fetzer, a journalist with Veterans Truth Network and a retired professor in Madison, Wisconsin.
“We know now that they were virtually all created and funded by the United States,” Fetzer told Press TV on Monday.
The terrorist attack on the US diplomatic compound in the Libyan city of Benghazi on September 11, 2012 left four US diplomats, including Ambassador Chris Stevens, dead.
According to CNN, up to 35 CIA operatives were working in Benghazi during the attack, but it has never reported how many of them died or were injured.

Syrer sollen über Syrien entscheiden
UN-Generalsekretär verurteilt US-Politik im Nahen Osten. Kritik auch aus Obamas eigenen Reihen
Rainer Rupp
http://www.jungewelt.de/2015/11-05/014.php
05.11.2015 / Schwerpunkt / Seite 3

US Shifts Syria Policy

Nikolai BOBKIN | 05.11.2015 | 00:00

By launching the military operation in Syria, Russia showed the world that it does not abandon its allies. Moscow achieved the strategic result it had been pursuing during all the years since the beginning of the Syrian crisis. On October 30, 19 states met in Vienna to agree on preserving Syria as a one state, defeating the Islamic State and supporting the Syrian refugees, as well as the countries that host them. Syrian people will decide the fate of their country, representatives of the government of Syria and the Syrian opposition will be convened for a political process leading to credible, inclusive governance, followed by a new constitution and elections.
There was no consensus reached on the destiny of President Bashar al-Assad, but Washington dropped its demand for his dismissal as a prerequisite for launching an international effort to fight terrorist groups in Syria. The final declaration on the results of the Syria talks in Vienna states that all groups listed as terrorist by the United Nations Security Council must be fought to be defeated. The Islamic State tops the list. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov suggests that more consultations should be held to define a comprehensive list of terrorist groups, including those not yet designated as such by the United Nations, no matter they evidently belong to this category. At last the war in Syria is recognized as the fight of legal national government against terrorist organizations that have occupied parts of the country’s territory.
The operation of Russia Aerospace Forces will continue. The terms for other countries to conduct combat actions against the Islamic State on Syrian soil are not clear. From the very start the Kremlin offered the White House to agree on coordination of actions, but Washington refused the proposal.
Russian intervention makes the United States reconsider some of its plans in Syria. As mentioned above, the US has abandoned its tough stance on the fate of Bashar al-Assad. To save face, America will have to recognize the fact that Russia has achieved success in its fight against terrorism. Russian fighter jets are, for now at least, conducting nearly as many strikes in a typical day against rebel troops opposing the government of President Bashar al-Assad as the American-led coalition targeting the Islamic State has been carrying out in a month this year. As Business Insider, a US outlet, wrote on October 23, «…none of our NATO allies could match what Russia has done so far in the skies».
In a month the Russian aviation carried out 1391 sorties to eliminate over 1600 Islamic State targets, including command posts, ammunition and fuel depots, militants’ training camps and field bases.
CounterPunch reports that Russia makes no distinction between terrorist groups in its attacks: «No one who’s been following events in Syria for the last three weeks should have any doubt about what’s really going on. Russia has been methodically wiping out Washington’s mercenaries on the ground while recapturing large swathes of land that had been lost to the terrorists. That, in turn, has strengthened Assad’s position in Damascus and left the administration’s policy in tatters», writes the outlet.
The United States is suffering a triple defeat in Syria: it has been unable to change the regime in Damascus, the war of the US-led coalition against the Islamic State has ended up in failure and the United States credibility in the Middle East has been put into doubt.
Unlike the US, Russia is back to the region with its influence on the rise. The situation in Syria is visibly improving. The government forces make new gains liberating one area after another. Militants surrender having suffered great losses.
An Islamic State unit on special operations mission surrendered to Syrian government forces in Al-Quneitra (near the Golan Heights). The militants were responsible for the terrorist acts committed in Al-Hasakah and demolition of government buildings in Damascus.
What do terrorist detainees say during interrogations? Many of them have gone through training courses in the camps located in the east of Syria. They have been trained by US instructors to become masters of subversive actions. Others have been trained by US trainers to seize Syrian army tactical missile sites in the camps located in the west of the country. Actually, it’s not «moderate opposition» but the terror groups operating under US control. This conclusion is confirmed by other facts.
The militants started to receive anti-tank missile systems right after Russian Aerospace Forces launched the strikes. On October 22, Russian President Vladimir Putin said the delivery of such systems would be a big mistake to be committed by the United States. No matter that, in a few days the Pentagon announced it would supply weapons to what it calls «trustworthy elements». At the very same time it said about 50 special operations troops would be sent to Syria.
US decision to deploy special operations forces in Syria will not influence the policy of Russia calling for united efforts to fight terrorism. Speaking at a press-conference in Vienna on October 30, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said, Russia’s position has not changed. There is a common enemy to fight. Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs appears to believe that President Obama will not renege on his vow not to have boots on the ground in Syria. But the resident of the White House is not that adamant. There are some signs to make one believe that the President can change his policies on Syria and Iraq.
At least, the Pentagon has started to consider new military options in the Middle East.
The revamped strategy includes temporary deployments of limited numbers of special forces in Syria, and attack helicopters in Iraq, plus more forward-based target-spotters to increase the accuracy and efficacy of coalition air strikes.
If these steps were really taken to fight the Islamic State and other terror groups, then Russia would be ready to coordinate activities if only the US plans are not a part of a totally inappropriate unfair play.
